How do I personalise my Invitations?
A: Browse through our Invitations to find one that you like and click 'Customise This Product'. Follow the on screen instructions and enter your wedding details. This information is used to generate a preview of your invitation and wording on screen. There is also a video showing a step by step guide how to personalise your invites.
Do you provide proofs?
A: Yes we do – it is an onscreen proof.

Our website allows you to enter the details for your invitations exactly how you would like them. All we ask is that you check this information carefully as what you see in the onscreen proof is what you will receive for your order. When you go through the checkout online, you will be asked to ‘approve’ your invite on screen, once the ‘approve’ button has been ticked this means you are happy to proceed with printing. We cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors made after ‘approval’ has been made.
Are envelopes included with my order?
A: No, Envelopes are not included with our Invites. These are ordered separately under the ‘Others’ drop down box.
How quickly will I receive my order?
A: Orders normally take up to 5-7 working days (sometimes much quicker) depending on how busy we are at the time your order is placed.

At The Wedding Angels we strive for perfection. If, on receipt of your wedding stationery, you are anything less than delighted with the finished products please advise us immediately on 01484 513737 or email: Your issue will be investigated urgently and quickly resolved.

Where the problem is clearly something that can be attributed to The Wedding Angels we will immediately re-do the job, send out replacement goods, and recover the defective batch. In the event that re-printing is not an option we will instead either recover the defective work and credit you in full or, where appropriate, negotiate a partial credit to compensate for less than perfect but useable goods.

Where the cause of the problem cannot solely be attributed to The Wedding Angels we will seek to find a compromise remedy with you, either crediting the job in part or re-printing at a reduced cost.

Where the problem can be fully attributed to you, The Wedding Angels shall not accept liability in any part.

In the unlikely event that a satisfactory resolution can not be found between us, The Wedding Angels will accept the resolution recommended by a third party arbiter. The arbiter being an independent third person accepted by us both.
