How do I personalise my Invitations?
A: Browse through our Invitations to find one that you like and click 'Customise This Product'. Follow the on screen instructions and enter your wedding details. This information is used to generate a preview of your invitation and wording on screen. There is also a video showing a step by step guide how to personalise your invites.
Do you provide proofs?
A: Yes we do – it is an onscreen proof.

Our website allows you to enter the details for your invitations exactly how you would like them. All we ask is that you check this information carefully as what you see in the onscreen proof is what you will receive for your order. When you go through the checkout online, you will be asked to ‘approve’ your invite on screen, once the ‘approve’ button has been ticked this means you are happy to proceed with printing. We cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors made after ‘approval’ has been made.
Are envelopes included with my order?
A: No, Envelopes are not included with our Invites. These are ordered separately under the ‘Others’ drop down box.
How quickly will I receive my order?
A: Orders normally take up to 5-7 working days (sometimes much quicker) depending on how busy we are at the time your order is placed.

At The Wedding Angels we recognise the time value of print and the need to dispatch on time and the responsibility we have to ensure we achieve our deadlines. Everyone at The Wedding Angels is dedicated to ensuring that every job we do is completed on time. For us, being late is simply unacceptable.

All our delivery costs are determined by weight of the product, which in turn is determined by size and quantity. We will confirm any charges for delivery via email once we know the quantities of your order.

We mainly dispatch our goods using Royal Mail, second class, however you can arrange to collect goods from our shops. At present we only deliver to UK Mainland.

Turnaround times may vary at busy times, we therefore make contact with all our customers, should there be any undue delay, for whatever reason.
